I was trying to download the application Bentley Map for Mobile but it says 0x80071a90 "This apps does not support samsung GTN7100" of which videoder online I am using. Is there a specific mobile phone supported by this apps?

As noted here current Bentley Map Mobile support on Android platform is limited to tablet devices, while on iOS both tablets and phones are supported.
