It doesnt look like Bentley MAP PowerView supports the Bing Maps raster attach.Is there a way to use Bing Maps in PowerView?

Bing Maps in PowerView will be available in the next update 4. This new PowerView update 4 should be available soon. I can confirm that the Bing Map Background Map option is available in Map PowerView CONNECT Update 4
Is it also slow as it is in OpenCities Map U4?
