Convert line to polygon

Hello, 
 Please suggested we have to convert line string, cell to polygon (the line are different element and different levels) 
 If we create topology its creating 2D polygons, 
 
 All closed are must be.

Hello. You can use "Create Shapes" tool from topology. But, you must enable Consider Z option in Preferences dialog before. Please refer to Working with 3D Files page from "Topology Operation" section in help file. Best Regards, Sebastien
