i am looking for a freeware tool for import coordinates. i have an excel sheet with 5 rows.
1. objectnr. , 2. cellname , 3. x coordinate , 4. y coordinate , 5. z coordinate
the tool must place the cell from library on the xyz coordinates and place the attributes.
can someone heplme ?

thank you for your answers. Bear, the Microstation tool is not sufficient. I have a minimum of 5 rows, but much more.
The attribute must attach to the cell in the drawing. A tool like Fexitable is what i need.
