The Bentley Map Mobile related content from the previous "Information Mobility" and "iWare" forums is being moved to this "Bentley Map | OpenCities Map" forum. Your original post from March 2019 is available here.
As stated in my original reply, we had plans in early 2019 to update Bentley Map Mobile for Android with the Bing Maps background map streaming capabilities as we had done for Bentley Map Mobile for iOS and Bentley Map Mobile for Windows releases. I later indicated, that work had been put on hold to allow developers to focus on other projects. Unfortunately, when that work resumed we found that new requirements for Google Play app store postings would prevent us from updating Bentley Map Mobile for Android without substantial development effort. After much discussion a difficult decision was reached that we would no longer be posting Bentley Map Mobile for Android updates and would focus our efforts on Bentley Map Mobile for iOS and Windows platforms.

Thank you for your unflattering, but at least direct answer. After GWP, this is another waste of money in our company for a poorly chosen Bentley product (in this case rugged tablet) :-(.
