another bug found :-(
Situation:
A project is hybrid, XFM schema converted from V8i, DGN V8 files and data in SQL Server 2014.
There is a composition of layers in Map Manager, technically it's empty DGN with references holding different types of features (and they are via mslink linked to database).
Some features are identified as Inferred features (but they have mslink to tables and data is filled, so they are not "plain graphics"). Maybe it's because they were created in some older V8i version?
Newly created features are treated as native ones.
Problem:
A layer (feature) is made active for edit, so a corresponding reference is activated, other geometry is displayed in grey. Fine so far.
Inferred feature should be edited:
Feature edit dialog is displayed with all data from database loaded correctly.
But when data is modified and OK is pressed, nothing happens:
It seems like when edit is done in activated reference, it's canceled without any output.
[Edited] The same, but native, feature is edited in activated reference, it works fine.
When the same file is opened directly and the same feature is edited, it works fine, but it cannot be used in normal usage to open file separately for every single update.

P.S. I understand Bentley would like to migrate all users to CONNECT Edition, but honestly, it's disaster. For last 2 years, I tested with my customers every OCM release whether it's (finally) possible to migrate. In every version, a few more steps can be done in migration process (now finally we can test using OCM, not only schema conversion and project opening), but even in the latest version the blocking bugs have been discovered.
