Does anybody know which TLS-versions Map Power View supports in WMS-connection?
Here in Helsinki Finland, city offers free city map via WMS-service but only using TLS 1.2 version.

The Map PowerView V8i (SELECTseries 10) Help content indicates that version 1.3 is supported.
However I don't believe this is a Version issue. When your URL is used in various software products there are indicators that something is not complete in the WMS Server configuration. The Settings include an e-mail address for the Service, you might contact them with these issues to see if they can update the WMS parameters on the Server. The Map products from Bentley require specifications that other vendors may not. This is why the URL may work in some, but not others.
