Hi I´m trying to find tutorials on 3d terrain modeling from contour lines in open cities map but have not been able to. I found one video in the 'QuickStart for OpenCities Map' learning series that I thought might go into this but that video has a malfunction, so it dose not play properly.
Dose anyone here know of a tutorial or if not could explain to me how I do this?

3D Smart Editing is only available with the "OpenCities Map Enterprise or Ultimate" Update 5 or later edition of this product.
OpenCities Map Advanced and OpenCities Map PowerView do not include the advanced 3D tools.

As Miroslav and others point out, these Scalable Terrain Modeling tools are part of the Descartes product, which is bundled with the Enterprise version of Map. The Bentley Reality Modeling YouTube Channel has some similar videos in these areas.
