&lt;p&gt;you must have rights (valid key) from Microsoft to be able to use Bing Maps as a raster.&amp;nbsp; You can also set Bing Maps as background Map instead of a raster. Background Map is available in View attributes. &lt;br /&gt;See more details in &lt;a title="Bing Maps in MS help" href="https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/web/MicroStation%20Help-v17/en/GUID-1648B029-47A4-4970-AC96-AC68B6BC41A2.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Bing Maps Background Map&lt;/a&gt; section.&lt;/p&gt;
