I cant connect reference into drawing

Question

I can click on connect reference, but nothing will happen. When i tried to create new files it works, but only when was file open. A fter I close it again, it doesn't work. Thanks for any help.

Hi Josef, 
 does this keyin command "reference attach" work and opens the dialog window? 
 please try to rename your prefs folder and test if it will work with a new upf file. If that works, that would mean that your original upf file is corrupted or has some issues. 
 The instructions in following wiki link are for MicroStation but the keyin command works in Powerview as well: $ % explorer $(_USTN_HOMEPREFS)
