PowerMap does not remember last user

The ..\Bentley\PowerMap\config\appl\msgeo.cfg configuration file contains the following entry...

 ...which defines msgeo.ucf as the startup workspace. You can override this default behavior by adding a -wuMyWorkspace to the powermap.exe command line or by setting a _USTN_USERNAME system environment variable to the preferred workspace name (e.g. SET _USTN_USERNAME=MyWorkspace).

  but the question is : Why PowerMap does not remeber last user like MSTN? Everytime I open PwrMp, I have to change the user or I would have to use many shortcuts which is not anything I would like to do. Is there any way to set PowerMap to remmeber last used user?

The workspace is not remembered due to the...

...entry in the ..\Bentley\PowerMap\config\appl\msgeo.cfg configuration file. While not recommended, commenting out that the line such as...

...should provide the desired behavior. As previously noted, any custom workspace should...

...in order to ensure proper Bentley PowerMap startup.
