Does anybody know if dgn2sdo.exe (part of Bentley Map v8i SS10) will be available under OpenCities Map Connect?

The command is available in the Map CONNECT Edition, it has been enhanced for the 64-bit environment and renamed to DGN2DB. The Map Help file explains the functionality, but briefly it adds capabilities to build the scripts that create the features and tables for additional spatial database such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
