Edit attributes window while placing

Hello everybody,

Is it possible to remove displaying 'Edit attributes' window during feature placement operation?

I noticed that first form window appears when I am drawing my feature. After finishing the drawing the second form window occurs (with OK button). When I draw a feature without annotation only the first window appears. Is it necessary to display both attribute windows during feature with annotation placement? How can I switch off this second (with OK button) one?

I know how to remove displaying the first one. But there is another problem.... PowerMap remembers only last values put into first form :(
