What is the current workflow regarding Bentley Map Mobile and the I-Ware apps? Have these been retired?
I would like to get our field crews up and running using the mobile apps if this is still possible.

I have been using Bentley Map Mobile and it has also stopped working since Samsung tablet update. This is very disappointing. This is a very useful app. How do we access map mobile or open cities i-maps going forward?

this is not so good answer, that some product is closed without compensation (freeware) :-(.
After upgrade of Android to 12 version apllication Bentley Map Mobile stopped working.
So what is Bentley proposal for freeware software for using on tablets now?
If it is only use export to dwg and use freeware apllication it is little bit bad by my opinion.

Jeff resigned from Bentley at the end of 2020 and is no longer involved with the Mapping products.
The last edition of Map Mobile that was carried-over to the CONNECT Edition was the Map Mobile Converter. This was installed with the Map Mobile Publisher and was a command-line processor to create the Map Mobile i-models. Bentley Map Mobile Publisher is no longer available for download, so I will have the Map Product Manager contact you to discuss the options.

Ah that was one of the major benefits of Bentley Map Mobile, wasn't it. I'm not familiar with the costs but looking at the Virtuosity website Synchro Field appears to have a small 12-month subscription fee: virtuosity.bentley.com/.../
