I haven't loaded the latest version of Map yet but can you tell me whether this 'problem' has been fixed in the latest version?

If not, can I again ask that this functionality be include.

Alan,

Unfortunately there is no automatic way to sort "Command Manager" or "Forms" entries at this time. A few workarounds come to mind though which are:

Manual editing of the MainMenu.xml metadata file which contains the domain list used to populate the "Command Manager" dialog. Please keep in mind that during Bentley Geospatial Administrator schema development, the "Export" command will overwrite this file, so if you manually edit it, be sure and save a copy elsewhere when exporting your workspace.
Process the MainMenu.xml metadata file using your own XSLT to apply preferred sorting or organization.
