Hi guys,
I am currently some scripts of my own with MicroStation connect 14 with windows 10. My company is about to go for the open cities map solution instead of MicroStation connect. And I was wondering if it was possible to run scripts and/or batch proces or even key ins with Open Cities map as I didn't find much informations about its capacities.
Does any one could help me figure this out?
Cheers guys.
Probably best to ask this on the OpenCities Map forum: https://communities.bentley.com/products/geospatial/desktop/f/bentley-map-forum
However a quick look through the docs and OpenCities Map is built on top of MicroStation CONNECT so all capablities of MicroStation CONNECT should be available
OpenCities docs: https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/web/OpenCities%20Map%20Help-v15/en/GUID-9C70C855-E880-4E70-9FCC-4CCBBBC996D8.html
The MicroStation help in the Power products can be a bit sparse so you can use the MicroStation docs too:

Thanks for your reply Kevin,
And now that my question has been move to the Open cities map forum, could anyone tell me if I am right to be concerned, I have checked the docs and I didn't find a clear answer and I need certainty to this point.
Thanks for the links anyway!
Hi Damien, in OpenCities Map (OCM) you can key-ins in the same way as in MicroStation. As Kevin van Haaren answered above, OCM is based on the MS platform and all the MS key-ins are also available in OCM.The key-ins can be combined into a script that can be run on a number of files.
Please do a search in the OCM help file at https://docs.bentley.com/LiveContent/web/OpenCities%20Map%20Help-v15/en/GUID-9C70C855-E880-4E70-9FCC-4CCBBBC996D8.html and search for the string key-in.
Thanks for your reply Kees
