Move the right side Map Manager and Map Interoperability tabs?

Question

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to move the Map Manager and Map Interoperability tabs that are on the right side of my screen (red box in the image below). I constantly drag my cursor over them by accident which opens up the window. I know I can close them manually each time, but I would like to be able to set it so they are defaulted somewhere else or removed entirely.

I just came accross this by chance... I rather never look into this forum, 
 I am not sure, but that looks like microStation docked dialogs. Try to undock the dialogs on the right side (use pin symbol when open) then undock them and dock them on the other side. The pin in the docked dialog allows to define if the dialog collapses or not. (That is a microStation basic functionality.)

Hi Brandon, Those dialogs are pinned to the right. They can also be pinned to the left of the application. Then, you can unpin and/or undock dialogs as you want to see windows and dialogs display. To keep your display, please Save Settings (key-in: FILEDESIGN). 
 Gerd is right in his reply, this is the same behavior than MicroStation.
