When we want to import shp files in Opencities MAP we get a error and the shape isn't loading.
Exception: Methode niet gevonden: Void Bentley.Geospatial.Utility.StorageSerialization.PreventECClassReferenceLoops(Bentley.ECObjects.Schema.IECSchema).System.MissingMethodException: Methode niet gevonden: Void Bentley.Geospatial.Utility.StorageSerialization.PreventECClassReferenceLoops(Bentley.ECObjects.Schema.IECSchema). bij Bentley.Geospatial.DataInterchange.GDIExplorerImportNode.InvokeNodeOperation(String operation)
What can we do to solve the problem for our engineers?
Are you able to import the examples successfully, e.g. the SHP files in C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Map CONNECT Edition\MapAdvanced\Configuration\WorkSpaces\Example\WorkSets\MetroStation\DGN\GISData\SHP\.I assume you have at least three files SHP, DBF and SHX. If so, you can send me these files and I will check the problem.
buildings.zip No even the examples doesn't load. We think it has something to do with de installatation. In our environment we use de /layout parameter to download all the software. End then we use the Setup_MapAdvancedx64_10.17.01.029.exe installer.
First creating a deployment image with the layout parameter should not make any difference compared with installing directly. The 340 building features can be imported successfully using OCM Update 17.2, v10.7.02.48, but with v10.17.01.029.it should also work.
Tried importing the provided file with base MicroStation without issue.

Can you review and check to see if any information is missing.
Sure, with MicroStation you can import SHP files but the attributes are stored as Item types and not as XFM attributes. Meaning the attributes will not be available for the tools in OpenCities Map.
