how can I print a map to pdf with crop marks and bull eyes in Open CitiesMap Advanced?

The OpenCities Map Advanced product uses the MicroStation print dialog and the pdf.pltc Print Driver. So you can setup your plot file using those settings via the Print dialog box.
OpenCities Map Advanced also includes the Print Preparation tools for Map inset printing.
