I had install pre. service pack, microstation v8i and Bentley Map 08.11.05.26 on windows XP version (all works fine).
but Geospatial administartor (GSA) doesn't start. Only messadgeBox I can read - "Application not properly initialized" Close application.Changes regional settings from Poland to english (including decimal symbol ) doesn't help

Can you verify that you have the "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1" installed by checking your "Add/Remove Programs" entries?

...okay thanks for the confirmation. Has the Bentley Geospatial Administrator ever been run successfully on this particular machine, before any updates etc...? In a command shell (e.g. MS-DOS window) perform the following...
dir "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Bentley\Bentley Geospatial Administrator\settings.xml"
...and if the file exist, either rename it to something like settings.DISABLED or simply delete the file altogether. Don't worry the settings.xml file will be recreated once you are able to successfully start the Bentley Geospatial Administrator.
