but Geospatial administartor (GSA) doesn&amp;#39;t start. &lt;p&gt;
...and if the file exist, either rename it to something like settings.DISABLED or simply delete the file altogether. Don't worry the settings.xml&amp;nbsp;file will be recreated once you are able to successfully start the Bentley Geospatial Administrator.
