I have graphical objects in database with WGS84 coordinates .. Is it possible to change coordinate system in Bentley Map to some other or I have to make my own solution for that? When I draw objects in Map it shows me WGS84 coordinates but I need different ones.

Yes you can assign a new coordinate system to the design file by using MicroStation geocoordination tools.
