Attach feature to graphical Element

Actually you can convert 'dumb' graphics to features by doing the following:

1.  You need a geospatial project created with feature definitions, symbology (levels is most important), etc set up.
2. Next you open the drawing with this geospatial project.
3. Move the 'dumb' graphics to the level that matches the feature you wish to convert to. ( ie move the road centerline graphics to the same level as the road centerline feature). At this time the Dynamic Feature scoring should automatically convert this to a feature. One caveat though, the graphical element type needs to match that of the feature ( ie you must have a inear graphical for a linear feature).
