Hi All,
I need some help with MapManager and associative regions. I have imported my property parcels into PowerMap and it has created them as associative regions. When I try to use MapManager to create a map, it doesn't display the associative regions and it doesn't show them as a layer I can add to the map.
How can I fix this problem??

Ian,
You should not have to do any additional steps to visualize your imported parcel polygons using the Map Manager functionality. Could you send me a sample design file that exhibits the problem as well as the SHP (or other) file which the data was imported from for analysis? Feel free to post to our public FTP site and notify me privately when this is done.

We have managed to workout that the problem seems to be caused by regions with holes (e.g. dohnuts).

I have just tried this with the latest version of Bentley Map (8.11.07.87 - Downloaded 18-Dec-2009). And this seems to work fine. I noticed that the MapInfo TAB file with holes shows as an 'associative region' with 'group holes', this is different to what is shown in PowerMap.
