Anyone here running CADscript?

Seems to be one of those products which is below the radar. I'd be particularly interested in hearing people's experiences of running a networked CADscript workspace.

  • Hi David,

CADscript is a workstation based product, so it relys on the normal resources available to MicroStation (fonts, custom line styles, etc) and any normal configuration of the workspaces.  Workspace configurations can be used to share some settings particular to CADscript between users.

     HTH,

    Stirling.

    Hi Stirling,

Thanks for that. Is there any chance that someone from Bentley could flesh this subject out in the Wiki? I'm especially interested in which particular configuration variables and files are suitable for networked workspace use (for example, the .pro files). Also, how/if it integrates with ProjectWise Plot Server isn't immediately discernible.

    cheers
