What type of system memory demands does Bentley Map V8i SS1 have? I have about 10,000+ pipes selected and tried to view them in the data browser and got this error "There is insufficient memor available to handle the requested data set." I'm running a XP 32bit station with 4GB of memory (yes, I can only use 3GB) and have plenty of swap space so why can't it handle this simple task?

Hi. Note that you can reduce the number of instances you load in the data browser by loading the view content only, or the fence content.

There is about 25 attributes being maintained. I know I can limit the pipes by selection (and we did and it still had issues) but the issue of course is that the ESRI people show it working fine in their system and only point to one more reason to not using Bentley. The user just wanted to change the material on all the pipes in a selection set...
