Unable to setup OSTN'02

I'm having problems setting up this coordinate system.

I'm setting up a brand new installation (new PC) and have installed the following versions of BM V8i and MS V8i.  I have followed the previous method to setup OSTN'02 in Bentley Map as per the forum post below;

When I attempt to generate a lat and long grid using the grids and graticules dialog, I get the following error;

Linear / angular unit mixup. 

Bentley Map then crashes.

I've attached the exception log generated and also the dgn I'm using.
