Hi!
How could I update the Text Angle value of the Oracle Spatial Point-text Feature after editing, similar to Line Feature to Lenght.
I use Bentley Map 08.11.07.113

If, when you registered the feature, if you defined the attribute to hold the rotation, then you do not need to update the angle. When posting the feature back to Oracle Spatial, the rotation of the text, at the time of posting, will be updated in the designated field, in the database table.
