inally, this strange issue was causing by "a property value contains the feature name, anywhere in the string." This issue have been fixed in Bentley Map V8i SS2 8.11.7.408

This issue have been filled in ST # 8000898846

For reference, it has also filed internally as trouble report (TR 302218).

Be sure than your Regional and Languages options are properly setup.

Especially for"Language for non-Unicode programs"

These dialogs are from Windows XP ...

If that stills a display issue for attribute values, please send me a DGN by email and i will reported to internal instance.
