When I double click a dgn file in Windows Explorer, the Powermap will open the file with MSGEO.UCF. How can I change which UCF flle is going to be used as default?

One way to accomplish this is to create a new configuration file named mydefaultuser.cfg containing...
_USTN_USERNAME = mydefaultuser
...which can be placed in the ...\Bentley\PowerMap\config\appl folder. The value of the _USTN_USERNAME variable should be that of the user workspace (e.g. mydefaultuser.ucf) that you want Bentley PowerMap to start by default. Please note that all configuration files placed in the ...\Bentley\PowerMap\config\appl folder are processed automatically in alphabetic sequence so it is important that you name your .cfg file in such a way that it will be processed after the msgeo.cfg configuration file.
