Thankyou for clairfying it's intended use.

After running the keyin "ggcaches reload all", I recieve a Command disabled message that stops the keyin from running... how can i enable the command on one machine (for current session only, not in ucf/pcf)

...the unsupported keyin ggcaches reload all override is provided for development purposes only and should never be used during production workflows. As you note, during schema development using the Bentley Geospatial Administrator it is often quite useful to quickly reload feature class and dialog definitions to see the effect of changes. However depending on the specifics of your schema and instance data, use of the keyin can cause instability and other unspecified problems. For these reasons this command may be discontinued at some point in the future. Please use with caution.

It should effectively still exist. However, I must advise that this is only for schema development purposes. Some settings may not be reloaded. It is still advised to reload the application to be 100% sure every change has been loaded properly.

yes it still exists ( as of 08.11.7.xx) , but may be discontinued iin the future.
