I need to create Property Based CELLS for use in XFM/BM, is this possible????

Yes, you can use Property Based Symbology (PBS) along with criteria to define symbology keys such as the cell name and library. Please refer to the "Hydrant" feature class from the geo_example_designer sample schema for an example. Please note that this thread discusses potential PBS improvements that you may also be interested in.

The thread that you pointed out is totaly different thing as mine.

But my idea is to create a "New type of" cell with a symbol and text where I wan´t to controll the internal cell symbology with Property Based criterias, ex

When you create your cell you can then design the text position of the PBS value in cell and set the levels for each element type inside cell though GSA/XFM in this case the triangle has level "Station point" and the text in cell has a level "Station point Number" and you can even see if the station point has any Z values without element information though a visual check with Fill / Non Fill for the cell.

Unfortunately the ability to control the symbology of individual elements contained within a cell is not currently supported by the Property Based Symbology (PBS) functionality. Depending on the exact nature of all of your cells, you "might" be able to use PBS replacement text along with symbol fonts to achieve the desired result.

Is it possible to control and change the cell from Non filled cell to filled cell if the Z value is other than null in GEOMETRY Z

Workarounds:

I am also looking for a way to promote cell element and text element that contains one instans information but are two different elements "as described in my image" (triangle "cell element" has level "Station point" and the text "Text element" has a level "Station point Number"), what is the rules for promoting these two elements to one database GEOMETRY and INFORMATION?

Is this something that is planned for the next upgrade after SS3 release??

If you could post via FTP (using these instructions) an archive containing some sample data (e.g. design file, cell library, XFM schema) of what you are working with I will review to see if any solution can be found using PBS replacement text and font symbols.

For the promote issue, again if you provide some sample data I will review and suggest possible solutions. Based upon your description it sounds as if you will require a bit of custom code to convert/promote the 2 elements into a feature with sub-feature (at least if I reading it correctly).
