Hi how can i use esri mxd layer manager command with Bentley Map Raster Manager? and or can i call raster reference an MXD file?

I would like to thank you for your question. Unfortunatly this functionality has been removed from the product, it had to many issues with licensing and others. This menu should not exist anymore, thank you for reporting this. We will remove it from the user interface.
I have added the currently supported ESRI interoperability options in Map V8i (SELECTseries 3) hoping than one of those will help.
