Attached is a zip file which contains a script text file for placing a line in Degrees Minutes Seconds that gets converted to Decimal Degrees using an excel file and places the line accurately at the correct latitude and longitude within the coordinate system. It then goes thru xfmize vba for converting the line into an intelligent Bentley Map Feature with attributes assigned.
