I have irritating porblem: one day I'm working with geospatial administrator and everything is ok, and the next day when I want to start the program I recieved a fatal error ( screenshot below). I've installed whole bentley map ss3 once again but still this exception appears. What has happend? I haven't changed anything.

When trying to start GSA with a specified schema from Windows start menu:

UInfortunately you can not start the GSA from a drag /drop or file association. You need to start the GSA first via the shortcut icon and then load the XFM schema file.
Yes, and this is exactly what I am doing. I try to start program via the shortcut icon and also via main icon in main folder. Problem is always the same.
Has your GeospatialAdmin.exe.config file been corrupted in some way ?
No, I think that everything is ok with this file. I compared one that I have with another one from my colleague - they were identical.
So you have not even opened a XML schema file yet and you get the message. If you take the XFM schema file to your colleague and have them open the schema file, do they get any error messages ( I am assuming that both are using the same version of the GSA) ? If the colleague has problems, then it is the XML file, if not then I would report this to technical support, the product developers may have to look at this, since I have no idea what is going on in the code/methods mentioned in the exception message.
