Labeling with Data on an element

By using the "Labeling" functionality in the Map Manager application of Bentley Map you should be able to achieve this. For your "Village Boundary" feature class shown below you should be able to use a "Labeling > Text String" (Property Based Annotation) expression like...

Shape Length = [SHAPE_Leng]\010Shape Area = [SHAPE_Area]

...to create a text node that contains both business properties. Please refer to "Map Management > Annotation and Labeling" in the Bentley Map help for more information.
