Failed to open CSV file

Question

Hi, 
 I am trying to import CSV file. I made the VRT file, but when I try to import it with the Map Interoperability I have a following error: 
 Error opening data source: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.vrt, error message: Failed to open datasource `XXXXX.csv'. 
 What can I do and how and where to fix the problem?

Keti says: There is no problem when working with Windows XP. 
 With Windows 7, the CSV, VRT and DGN files have to be in the same directory. If the DGN is in a different directory than the CSV and VRT, the full path to the CSV file has to be included in the VRT file.
