 My Data Browser is missing in my working view, but under menu&amp;gt; Window, I noticed that Data Browser is still listed but missing in the view window. 
 anybody who has knowledge about this, please share...

&lt;p&gt;it looks something is corrupted, so the dialog is placed outside your monitor space or may be with zero size. What usually helps is to delete a proper upf and/or xml files (docking.xml, TaskNavigation.xml), but you try to move Data Browser dialog by keyboard at first, may be it will help:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;From menu Windows, choose Data Browser, so it will receive keyboard focus despite of it&amp;#39;s not visible.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press Alt + Space bar, it will open the dialog menu.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Press M as &lt;span style="text-decoration:underline;"&gt;M&lt;/span&gt;ove (or if you use Windows in other language, check in another dialog, what shortcut is used for the move).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now you can move the dialog by keyboard and with mouse, so if it&amp;#39;s outside monitor space, it should be moved back.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I recommend to try it with another MicroStation dialog like Tool Settings to check the workflow works.&lt;/p&gt;
