My default cell looks like this, it consist of a circle and two line which looks like letter T with cell origin in the middle of the circle. Cell is attached to line by its origin:
When I try to change cell scale in Map Manager something strange happens. Cell scale changes - what is good, but cell origin changes as well:)After that I tried to change cell scale back to the default one and voila this is what I have.
Outside Map Manager( Map model) everything works fine but in model cell origin changes to something else. The other thing is that when I try to edit or analyze this feature it is quite difficult because I am not able to do this by selecting the feature. First, I must find "ghost" of the default cell located somewhere in the middle of the circle.Please help,

I cannot explain why scale changing the cell origin. I never saw that before. In the screen capture, we can see proportion of cell change (from oval to circle). How do you change cell scale? Which tool you using here? That can help us to target properly the issue you figured out.
For the selection cell problem, when you change symbology of cell/Text feature, that only change its symbology display in Map Model. That not changes the element component. Selection tool still looking for original element extend. This is why you cannot select cell properly.
