how can i spilt dgn file to many dgn files
I have a dgn file and i want to spilt/divide to many dgn files using a shape element at the referance dgn file.

you can use Fence > Copy/Move Fence Content to File tool.

Can you elaborate more on what specifically you want to split?
Do you have multiple models in a DGN file and you want to separate those?
Do you have different areas of one model that you want to separate in to different DGNs as in the 4 quadrants?
Can you upload and example file showing what you are trying to 'split"?

yes, i have diffrent areas of one model i want separete in to different dgn files i upload a sample .dgn file
you see a text in a shape element like grid number each of them a should be a differnt dgn files name is in text

I believe that some Bentley products do offer tools that achieve the result you are looking for.
They might be along the lines of the InRoads and or Geopak products. Standalone MicroStation does not do this.
What Bentley software do you currently use?
