Hi All,
I am wondering if it is possible to connect to a MS SQL Server view as a graphical source. I have created the view with an unique clustered index but when attempting to retrieve feature data from it via Graphical Sources> SQL Server Spatial Connection> Named Connection (My Connection)> Register features the view is not listed under the 'Please select features to register.' window. If I select view report then the view is listed with the note 'No object identifying property was discovered', which I assume refers to a lack of primary key.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
Thanks.
Just following this up in case anyone visits this in the future. Jerry was on the right track except that the index column name needs to be PKID.

Hi Jerry,
Thanks for the suggestion but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. I am open to any other suggestions though.
I believe if one of your columns is called xfm_id this will be treated as a primary I, even though it is not defined as one.
