How Create and add properties to text string ?

Question

I'm biginner on microstation . 
 I have a lot of text elements on my project 
 when i try to publish my Dgn with map entreprise ; reserache text is inactive in mobile map publisher . 
 
 HOW can i create and add properties and attributes to the text strings so that it can 
 be published as an i-model with the Mobile Map Publisher. 
 Note : until now , i don't know how to work with macro vba such as (text2xfm)...

Do these Text strings describe some other Feature in your map? That is typically what they are used for. They appear to be point or polygon Labels. If so, an option would be to create a geospatial schema using Bentley Map's Geospatial Administrator (GSA) to define all of the GIS features in your map, including the text labels. Then when you publish the i-model all of the geospatial information will be included and discoverable within it. 
 The Text2XFM custom VBA application is used to convert MicroStation text elements into geospatial Features and Properties. I used the Text2XFM application to prepare the text from your file to publish the attached screenshot of an i-model.
