Praveen, Yes, Oracle Workspace Manager is required and we have tested Bentley Map for use with OWM up to version 11.2.0.0.2 which is available with Oracle 11gR2 beta, but should also work with OWM delivered with Oracle 11g R1 as well.

Praveen, You must have access to a valid ProjectWise Oracle Connector client license to use that functionality from within Bentley Map.
