Are there times when you open a Toolbox only to find out that the icon you are looking for is not there? It should be there, but it is not, especially if it is an Application tool, not a User-defined tool. One explanation is that the item has been turned-off in the context-menu of the toolbox. To check this, right-click in the toolbox and see if the icon or item you need has a check beside it. If it does not, then the item will not display in the toolbox. Select the item to enable it, and it will immediately display in the toolbox.
