These features are used to determine the way design files will look when they are printed by changing the order in which elements are printed. Elements printed last will be on top.
To use the Advanced Map Finishing ordering tools, open the Ordering toolbox from the Map Finishing tool frame.
Raise Elements
The Raise Element to Top tool is used to move an element to display on top of all other elements in the file.
This changes the order in which the elements are displayed and printed, thus affecting which elements appear to be in front of others.
How to raise an element:
Or
Draw a fence around the elements > Check ‘Use Fence’ checkbox >Select the Fence Mode > Click the Raise Element to Top tool and select an element and accept it.
In given video when the dashed line element selected, it is displays on the top of the view, the hidden elements now display on top of the other elements:

Sink Elements
The Sink Element to Bottom tool performs the opposite task to the Raise Element to Top tool.
It causes an element to be printed first so that the rest of the drawing will cover it.
How to sink an element:
File will get compressed when element will sink to bottom.
In this video when we select the large land mass elements beneath the large land mass are visible as the land mass has been moved behind them

Note: This is processing and file-intensive and may be slow, particularly in large design files. All views need to be updated to show the result of this command.

Raise Level to Top
The Raise Level to Top tool is used to move all elements on the active level to the top of the current file while retaining the order within the level.
To Raise Elements on the Active Level to the Top
After selecting an element, all the element of that level will raised to top.
Key-in: RAISE LEVEL
Smart Raise
The Smart Raise tool gives access to commands which will raise an element or set of elements to the top, or above another element or set of elements. This tool and its options can supersede all the other ‘to top’ commands.
To raise an element through ‘Smart Raise an Element’.
Note: This tool supersedes other raising tools
Smart Sink
The Smart sink tool gives access to commands which will sink an element or set of elements to the bottom, or below another element or set of elements. This tool and its options can supersede the other ‘to bottom’ commands. It is structured in a very similar manner to the Smart Raise tool.
Notes: After reordering elements using the Advanced Map Finishing ordering tools, the view must be refreshed to see the results.
