In the Files node of the Workspace, each section has three fields : Source File, Destination File and Ignore Source Directory.
Source File - If you enter a path such as c:\temp\ into the Source File, you must toggle the Ignore Source Directory. If this isn't done the Geospatial Administrator will expect to find the file in the Base Source Dir.
The Base Source Dir is defined in the Workspace node:
Destination File - This is the file name that will be copied into project folder as defined in the Project Information page. In the example below, the project folder is specified as:
D:\ProgramData\Bentley\MapEnterprise V8i\WorkSpace\Projects\Nash_FGDB\GIS
To see what occurs when you export your project, enable Tools > Options > Verbose. When the export has completed, you can review the process by opening the Message Center by double clicking the CommandInvoke Finished successfully message in the status bar of the Geospatial Administrator. This will open the Message Center where you can review the export process.
