This EXE has been tested on a Windows 10-64bit machine using a Bentley Map schema from V8i and CONNECT Edition.

Schema Register was created by Bentley colleague Joao Salisso to create a Bentley Map schema from shapefiles or a personal geodatabase.
The original post and file (2009) can be found here: Bentley Map Schema Register

The following describes using Schema Register for creating a Bentley Map schema from Esri shapefiles.
Create and save a new empty schema using the Geospatial Administrator.
Run SchemaRegister.exe from any folder.
In the General tab, set Original Project to the input xml created above.
In the New Project field, type in the name of the output xml that Schema Register will create.
Select the Data Format as either ESRI Geodatabase or ESRI Shapefile.
In the ESRI Shapefiles tab, specify the folder containing the SHP files and associated DBF and SHX files.
Select which shapefiles to process.
Click Process.
Open the newly created Output.xml in the Geospatial Administrator and review the results. Each shapefile is created as a single feature with properties found in their respective DBF file.
At this point, you can edit the symbology, rename properties as needed, and perform other house-cleaning tasks to use this schema with Bentley Map.
