Selecting Browse from a feature class in the Map Manager, will return all records for that class. If you're data streaming with a Where Clause being applied, the number of records in the Data Browser may not match the number of feature instances in the view.
To report on only those feature instances on the view, choose the Load View option in the Data Browser. The following key-in can be placed on a function key or custom button:
