For a layer with features from a spatial database, when the Data Browser is opened from the Map Manager, it will show all features from the selected layer. When there is a connection with the spatial database, features which are not in the DGN file are included. With the Load buttons in the Data Browser, the queried area can be selected.
If we set the variable MS_GEO_BYPASS_RIS_ON_BROWSE = 1 (e.g. in the XFM schema or the Configuration Variables dialog), it will restrict the Data Browser to show only those features which exist in the DGN file. Please have a look at the demonstration.
