Bentley CADscript as a plug-in for MicroStation V8i is a discontinued product. The CADscript functionality can be found as Map Finishing tools in Bentley Map V8i. To use these tools, open your DGN in the msgeo_mapfinishing workspace.
These tools are not available in OpenCities Map CONNECT Edition.
